KABOOM! Why Quinn Is Bad

Just a note people see Quinns ult as bad because they dont use it right. No one wants to lost a 1v1 or teamfight because harrier didnt work right.

In most movies Harley Quinn IS a bad guy but Suicide Squad proved that she isnt a bad guy.

Why quinn is bad. Riot has tried to fix them but it seems that anything unique or good about her are undone by her bugs. So some people just get confused. Outside of her skills and base stats Quinn has been plagued by bugs since her release.

Why is Quinn ADC bad. At level 6 she gains massive bot and top lane roam potential I prefer to pick on bot lane personally and can assassinate any champion provided its still around early game. If you already dont know the story about Harley Quinn then here it.

Shes had a lot of issues with Harley Quinn dating back to the first movie and likely before and her various escapes since then. Using Harley on the bad Task Force X team then could be. Her passive is only proccable.

Its largely because her steroid is not good for an adc and late game you will simply take longer to shred tanks than the enemy adc will.
