Helpful! Why Are My Tadpoles Dying

Recently some of my coworkers have been changing the protocol in how the tadpoles are reared hoping to finally raise them all the way through but they are still dying. They have reached the stage where they have got 4 legs they are yet to lose their tails.

Why do my tadpoles keep dying.

Why are my tadpoles dying. Spawn and tadpoles require warmth and light to develop properly. One after the other dozens and dozens year after year Once two of the tadpoles managed to make it to the froglet stage before they perished but usually the tadpoles die right around the time they develop their legs just before or after. Common causes of disappearing spawn tadpoles are predators and cold weather.

They are kept in a glass bowl with a rock that is semi-submerged I feed them boiled lettuce as recommended by a tadpole. My Tadpoles are dying. The tadpoles are removed from the vivarium and reared in cups but they always die.
