Why does my tracfone says inactive. It has one year of service. The inactive device is titled Default_Old with my current phones 15 digit SIM card number. Tracfone deactivated even though service is active.

If my minutes dont magically appear again this will be the 2nd time all my minutes have disappeared. Im wondering if this is affecting many unfortunate tracfone customers given that huge waitlist. I bought a Tracfone in May for emergencies.
